I came into coaching thinking I would learn everything, yet I learned that knowing isn't the goal. I thought we would fix me and I learned that I wasn't broken. I believed we would create business plans and instead we allowed the present. I can't begin to describe how working with Diamond has transformed my business but that's not the biggest impact. Not by a mile.
