Four minutes to 11. Growth, Well-Being, and Communication lay across my floor. Slipping from my palm to pen, the triad had made itself known as I wrote in my colorful journal. Two years had passed since I last explored the hues of these frequency themes closely. At the time I received them, I longed for more color in my life and knew it was my Soul telling me to open—to wonder, listen, and follow Creation—and that’s when I began painting.

This sacred Remembering arrived just moments before our “Show & Share” gathering in the Garden of Grace, where we'd come together, share our sacred insights and wisdom from the season, and illuminate the creations channeling through us to our intimate group. And yet, here it is again, now meeting you and me together.
From moving through to moving towards…
Are you ready to explore the themes that your Soul has been moving you through and the triad that's been guiding you this season? If so, open your journal and let's begin:
Growth.
August has shown you so much. Removing obscurities and clearing obstacles that may have blinded you, its primary purpose has been to make space for you to Become. This summer's primary frequency theme has been growth—one that has beckoned you to be more aware and intentional about how you expand.
Well-Being.
This unique experience of growth centers well-being in ways that you hadn't anticipated, creating a healthier, happier, and more comfortable experience of living—aligning you with the most loving potential for a life fulfilled. Communication emerges as its conduit, its foundation and an initiation.
Communication.
Sacred communication (within and without) has proven to be essential, for it is one of the Foundational Pillars for a direct experiencing of this life. It calls you to embrace the opportunity for daily conversation with the Divine, including through those you love and those who deeply love you.
As you answer the call to converse with Life, you open doors to new understanding and a (re)discovery of the unique language of your Soul as well as that of the Divine, which flows through you and often comes through your creative expressions.
What’s necessary to bring all to fruition…
From your hopes to your Dream and that which inspires you, from an inkling to a Wholly Manifestation of Truth, three creative themes continue to arise, converge, and present themselves to you:
Focus—letting go of distractions and remaining Present;
Authenticity—being the most honest with yourself and allowing that frequency to exalt through you; and…
Resilience—represented by the Wild Rose, continuing to show up for yourself even moments feel “hard” and difficult to foresee resolution.
The Now is where the miracles are. May this triad guide you as you begin your transition into the depth of September and the coming season. Remember—no matter the circumstance, the Present moment is your next most powerful “when” for creating your Tomorrow.
You've been moving towards an initiation of sacred communion. This Autumn will task you with showing up for this current experience of You in the truest way that allows you to be with yourself, in this Potential.
I invoke the Divine Path of my Soul to open, illuminate, and guide me home.
It's okay to let out the sigh you've been holding in all month. Breathe and be present for who you are in this sacred moment by placing your soles upon the ground, and just feeling where you are. Every step you take forward becomes wholly ground for your descendants to walk upon and grow nurtured. Thank you. As you now walk with intention, remember your heartbeat has the sound of the universe nestled within it. Take care of it. Its gift is yours.
What are you tending? In your journal, explore this sacred question and notice the response you receive from the Divine within you—Soul. There's something precious that you're now unwilling to disregard. Allow it to fill you, whisper its story to you, and tell you a secret of Grace that is for your ears only. I look forward to witnessing what comes through in your life as art in September.
