Gardens are buzzing with honeybees and bustling with hues of yellow, purple, and pink. Just one look and that's all it takes for miracle energy to welcome you. This is your season for beaming. To recharge and reinvigorate your inner passion for Life.

A Recharge Meditation: Walking Through Water

Imagine sitting on the grassy steps, under the archway to a vibrant garden. As you look up, you see a sign that says “Bare feet only.” You take your shoes off and place the palms of your feet on the soft ground. Your shoulders relax, head tilts back, eyes close, and you breathe in fresh air, and then exhale. Follow the path.

As you open your eyes, you take one step forward. Your toes feel the cool sensation of water. A ‘washing away’ place before you begin your journey. The water feels so good, you slide your warm hands down the sides of your legs into its fresh stream. Your list of to-dos, must-haves, and appointments quietly follow. Flowing through your fingertips, they wash away into clearing waters.

You breathe. As you slowly make your way back up, you are present. Free to wander. The grassy path is calling you to take another step forward. What happens next?

Take a step forward. When you allow more than you force, I wonder what hidden joy awaits you…A softness? A tenderness? A spark? At the center of this vibrant, bustling garden is you. I wonder who you are as you find yourself and walk.
